1. Service Scope & Limitations

RestockLatch provides on-demand HTTPS product link inspection and automated background stock/price-ceiling monitoring for public HTTPS product pages that expose Schema.org JSON-LD Offer availability without anti-bot challenges, delivering automated restock alerts to verified Discord webhooks (with manual one-click test notifications available for Discord and Telegram). A successful one-time manual URL check does not guarantee continuous automated background monitoring for pages protected by upstream anti-bot challenges or dynamic client-side rendering.

2. Account Binding & Fair Use

Subscriptions are bound to your authenticated RestockLatch workspace account. Monitor Plan includes up to 5 active watches; Collector Plan includes up to 20 active watches. Automated abuse, SSRF probing of private/internal networks, or credential stuffing is strictly prohibited.

3. No Upstream Availability Guarantee

RestockLatch is an independent monitoring software tool and is not affiliated with NVIDIA, Apple, Sony, Best Buy, B&H Photo, Currys, or eBay. RestockLatch does not sell hardware and does not guarantee retail purchase completion.
