Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation (Cancel at Period End)

You may cancel your monthly subscription ($9/month Monitor Plan or $19/month Collector Plan) at any time via your Lemon Squeezy customer billing portal or by submitting a request on our Support Desk. When a subscription is cancelled, your paid workspace access remains active until the end of your current paid billing period (ends_at), after which no further charges occur.

2. 14-Day Refund Policy

If RestockLatch does not support your target retailer or fails to operate as described, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Upon refund issuance (order_refunded), paid subscription entitlements are immediately revoked.
